Refund policy

Two Tiny Wonders reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

**ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED, PURCHASED ON SALE OR USING A PROMOTION CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED**


Acceptance Of Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

 

Returns

  • Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
  • We do not offer returns for face masks and filters due to the hygenic nature of the product.  

 

Refunds

There are no refunds given for change of mind. Refunds are only given for faulty goods.

Two Tiny Wonders aims to ensure all products sold are treated with care on their journey from us to our customer’s delivery address, and arrive in perfect condition.

If for any reason you have collected or received a faulty item via post from our online purchase, please first email us at info@twotinywonders.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item. Please provide your name, date of purchase, order number and photos of the faulty item. We will then investigate the situation and liaise with you via email regarding returning your faulty item. Once we have received the item and it has been accepted as faulty, you will have a choice between being issued a refund, exchanging for another item or receiving a store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 25% of your total order may apply in certain circumstances. 

 

Exchanges

Two Tiny Wonders offers exchanges that meet our return or exchange Requirements, subject to product availability. If the style is sold out, you can select an available item for the same price in it's place.

If your item does not meet exchange requirements when returned, please note that we will charge a handling fee of $20 per item affected and this will automatically be deducted from any refunds issued. Shipping costs and any difference in cost will be charged (via PayPal invoice).

A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by our representative. Should a refund be requested for the exchanged item, Two Tiny Wonders is happy to process a refund, should it meet our return or exchange requirements.

 

Different Value Exchange

Should the item requested for exchange be different value as that of the product being returned, one of two scenarios will occur:

  • A variance where payment is owed to the customer will be refunded as per the original order payment method.
  • A variance where payment is owed to Two Tiny Wonders, a Customer Service Representative will contact the customer prior to processing and dispatch to take additional payment.
  • Primary contact will be made via telephone. If unanswered a voicemail will be left and an email sent to the nominated email address.

 

Postage Costs Related To Exchange Or Refund

Two Tiny Wonders does not accept responsibility of packages being returned by customers; It is advised that customers should select a service that provides tracking and signature to ensure packages do not get lost. 

PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, however, if a customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment confirmed by a Tiny representative, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping charge only).

 

Refund Payments 

Refunds will be processed once assessment of returned product has been completed and the returns and exchange criteria satisfied, please allow 5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will issue a refund on the payment card or PayPal account used to purchase the product/s. You will receive an email once your return has been received and exchange has been shipped or refund amount remitted.

PLEASE NOTE: Two Tiny Wonders cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes and fees.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes an order placed needs to be cancelled before it’s sent out. Unfortunately we need to charge a 25% cancellation fee to cover our costs when this happens. You may not be aware that we get charged various fees even if the order is cancelled so we need to charge this fee so we’re not out of pocket for your change of mind.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us on info@twotinywonders.com.au and we will see what we can do for you.

Unfortunately if we have already begun packing/shipping your order you cannot cancel or make amendments to your order.
