Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
There are no refunds given for change of mind. Refunds are only given for faulty goods.
Two Tiny Wonders aims to ensure all products sold are treated with care on their journey from us to our customer’s delivery address, and arrive in perfect condition.
If for any reason you have collected or received a faulty item via post from our online purchase, please first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your item. Please provide your name, date of purchase, order number and photos of the faulty item. We will then investigate the situation and liaise with you via email regarding returning your faulty item. Once we have received the item and it has been accepted as faulty, you will have a choice between being issued a full refund, exchanging for another item or receiving a store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We understand that sometimes an order placed needs to be cancelled before it’s sent out. Unfortunately we need to charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs. You may not be aware that we get charged various fees even if the order is cancelled so we need to charge this fee so we’re not out of pocket for your change of mind.
